Since becoming Crawford’s president and CEO in January 2008, Jeffrey T. Bowman has overseen a number of transformative initiatives in the organization. His priorities have been focusing on expense management and working capital; creating a pay-for-performance culture in the organization; enhancing our data management capabilities; and, most important, inspiring operational efficiency and providing excellent results to clients while stressing urgency, accountability and integrity in everything we do.
As chief financial officer and executive vice president of Crawford & Company, Bruce Swain is responsible for managing and directing all aspects of the Company’s worldwide accounting and finance functions, comprised of tax, treasury, controllership, investor relations, and SEC reporting.
Allen W. Nelson is responsible for handling legal matters for Crawford & Company, overseeing the Company's Legal Department and performing the duties of corporate secretary. As chief administrative officer, he directs the Human Resources, Quality, Compliance and Training, Corporate Communications, Vendor Management and Internal Audit functions.
Kevin Frawley’s responsibilities include overseeing property and casualty operations in the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. He also is responsible for Strategic Warranty Services.
Ian Muress has been in the claims business for 33 years and is CEO for all of Crawford’s international businesses outside the Americas, including the U.K., CEMEA and Asia-Pacific regions. He has an acknowledged passion for strategic client partnerships and a global understanding around claims handling and industry standards.
Danielle Lisenbey became chief executive officer of Broadspire in 2012. Immediately prior to this role, she was chief operating officer for Medical Services, responsible for the operation of all of Broadspire’s medical and case management services. In this position, she drove the continued development and delivery of products and services that have generated cost containment results typically 10 to 15 percent better than those produced by other TPAs and medical management companies.
David Isaac's distinguished career in the law has spanned over 15 years. His unparalleled experience has led GCG to its position as a premier provider of legal administration services.
Mike Reeves is responsible for business development among global clients through the cross-selling of products from all business units. Additionally, he is responsible for Global Technical Services, Crawford's major loss division specializing in complex and high value claims.
As executive vice president of global client and business development, Emanuel V. Lauria is responsible for driving Crawford’s sales and marketing initiatives around the world to support the business’s continuing growth and diversification of services. He oversees the development of the Company’s strategic sales and marketing plan and leads and manages sales, marketing communications and branding. He also directs product development, including the rollout of new products and services.
As executive vice president and global chief information officer for Crawford, Flynn is responsible for the company's technology, including its strategic global systems roadmap, business intelligence and analytics, and worldwide innovation programs.
As executive vice president of global strategy and performance development, Vince E. Cole, partners with business segment leaders and corporate executives to conceive and execute strategic, long-term financial plans for Crawford. He leads a team of professionals around the world in managing the Company’s corporate financial planning and analysis, strategy and mergers and acquisitions activity. He also develops competitive analyses to contribute to decisions about new markets, products and pricing.
