Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer, Human Resources

Bonnie is responsible for all aspects of corporate human resources including talent management, employee relations, benefits and compensation design and administration. In addition she oversees the HR function in the Broadspire® segment.

Bonnie joined Crawford & Company in 1989 as a payroll clerk in the Catastrophe division and moved into the Employee Benefits department in 1991 as a benefits specialist. Throughout the years, she has held numerous positions within the department, and in 1998, Bonnie was promoted to vice president of Corporate Benefits. During that time, she assumed responsibility for the planning, development and administration of all company benefit programs. In 2005, she added managing the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) function to her responsibilities. In that role, Bonnie was responsible for our employee benefits programs, corporate wellness programs, and the HRIS function. In 2014, Bonnie became vice president of Human Resources and she was named Benefit Manager of the Year in 2015 by Business Insurance magazine.

Bonnie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources management from Georgia State University.
