Ken Fraser is global chief client officer for Crawford & Company where he leads the company’s approach to client development and management and is responsible for championing Crawford’s client-centric service model, understanding the evolving needs of clients now and in the future, and delivering solutions that maximize value for Crawford’s clients. 

Fraser brings to Crawford a pioneering spirit and strong desire to modernize the insurance industry as a “positive disruptor” who sparks meaningful change. Fraser has been at the forefront of efforts to refresh Crawford & Company’s brand in a way that aligns with the company’s position as an innovator and technology leader in the global claims market, while simultaneously leading the company’s effort to invest in emerging companies that are striving to revolutionize the insurance industry. Fraser’s pursuit of new, customer-focused solutions continues to uphold the company’s legacy as an industry leader in client service.

Since joining the company in 2015, Fraser has served on the global executive management team and focused on the company's global strategy, corporate development, marketing and strategic sourcing.  He has partnered with professionals in Crawford’s global offices in 70 countries to continue to bring new, innovative products and services to clients worldwide. In 2017, he led Crawford’s successful acquisition of WeGoLook®, a company that combines technology and an on-demand workforce to gather and validate information anytime, anywhere. 

Before coming to Crawford, Fraser was executive vice president for Wells Fargo insurance with responsibility for the company’s risk management, benefits and international practices. He also has extensive experience with several Marsh & McLennan companies and with Sedgwick Group PLC, a global insurance broker and claims management company.

Fraser holds the certifications of a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII), a fellow of the Institute of Risk Management (FIRM) and Chartered Insurance Broker (CIB), and he is an arbitrator for the state of Georgia. He holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in risk management from Glasgow Caledonian University in the U.K. 

Outside of his career, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children (along with his goldendoodle and cat), watching Auburn and Georgia football, and playing tennis and golf.
