Submitting an Assignment with Crawford Just Got
Easier!
We have simplified the submit assignment process, integrating it
with our corporate website to provide easy access to all of our
services and claims solutions.
Learn more about using these tools with the New Assignment
Tutorial. This short training video demonstrates the proper
completion of a New Assignment form and highlights the importance
of entering the correct assignment of work location zip code so
that new claims can be routed to the appropriate Crawford service
center.
Our New Forms Are:
- Automatically Populated:
Client contact information entered for a
previous claim submitted on our former site will automatically
populate the form fields in our new site.
- Streamlined: Forms have been consolidated to
use one form for vehicle appraisals and one form for all other
assignment types.
- Easier: The New Assignment form has been
redesigned for easy section navigation, allowing you to click on
section bars or use the "Next" button at the end of each section.
The form can also be expanded to view all sections.
- Intuitive: "Same As" buttons have been added
to the Assignment section so that same address information need
only be entered once.
- More Flexible: You can add up to eight
attachments per assignment and each file can be up to 5MB in
size.
- Quicker: Submitting multiple assignments is
now faster, using the "Submit Assignment' and "Add Another' button.
This action will return an acknowledgement of the assignment
submitted and a blank New Assignment form.
Once submitted, your information will be sent to the Crawford
branch closest to the claim for processing. For
